HOW HIGH'S THE WATER? |

<Here in the midwest we have been inundated with more rain.....all three branches of the Grand River are full and we are under a flood watch tonight. I have some date bread in the oven, sure smells good! My letter to the editor was in this weeks paper.....about the vandalism reported recently. It seems to be an accelerating problem. I suppose its that way most everywhere? Why don't our youth respect others or their properties?> |

<I am never idle, but this years weather has not been conducive for a good garden crop. In the 20 years I have been here on the farm, we have never had such a wet spring. Too much water is just as damaging as too little, we find out. We have had a couple messes of green beans.....it just means I have more time to write, right? Well, truthfully, I have been working on the next book, which will be coming out soon. Watch for it at this website!> |
